I'm a Naturally Friendly Consultant - What I can offer...
I am able to develop and deliver a wide range of learning and development opportunities on a freelance / part-time / sessional basis. My work is delivered in a naturally friendly way that respects people, places and the wonderful world around us. Currently the main focus of my life is my roles at Plymouth Marjon University. Therefore my services outside of this will be restricted to occasional and sessional work - unless what you need fits within my substantive role.
I am happy to attend conferences, seminars and events to support your work and to talk about mine.

-
believes in collaboration and partnership - together we can achieve so much more than we can alone
-

In 2022 I was commissioned to undertake a 3-year evaluation (completing in 2025) of Better Tomorrows, a three-year programme encouraging people within Cumbria to become accredited in youth work (at levels 2 and 3) and substantially increase the number of young people having access to support from youth workers to help them reach their full potential. This unique initiative will provide accredited training to more than a hundred people as well as offer grants of up to £25,000 to community organisations setting up or providing new youth work opportunities for local people.

In 2016 I was commissioned to develop a practical toolkit, based on my Doctoral Research, with the specific purpose of supporting practitioners with their continuing professional development (CPD). We're ALL in the Wild is available to download from here

Through my previous employment at the University of Cumbria, I contributed to the following commissioned work:
